Where are you located?
For most of the year, Zoka is situated in Toronto, Ontario, however over the summer, Estelle works out of a studio near Warkworth, ON.
How do I wash my sweater?
For all fleece garments, minimizing heat is the goal! Washing on cold, and hanging your garment to dry is ideal. Never iron or steam.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every products are handmade in limited quantities, all sales are final.

Will sold out colours return?
Because all the fabric is second-hand there are very limited quantities of each colour. So, once the current colours sell out, it is rare they will be able to return.
Where do you get your fabric?
All the fabric we use is second-hand. Sourced at thrift stores like Value Village, dead stock fabric stores, and places like Facebook Marketplace.
Where do you ship to?
We ship everything from Ontario, Canada. Shipping prices generally start at $18 within Canada, and go up from there. Because of taxes and tariffs shipment to the US may be limited.
Can I buy a custom sweater?
Yes! Zoka does offer custom pieces. However, availability for customs varies, as they take longer to design and produce. Visit the 'Customs' page for more info.

What size should I order?
Zoka pieces are generally made to be unisex, and generally lean towards oversized. With that in mind, sizing down is encouraged if you want a more traditional fit.
