Shipping
For the time being, we only ship within Canada.
Shipping price is dependent on the quantity you order, and starts at $18 CAD. All orders are shipped through Canada Post, and come with tracking info.
Local pick-up in Toronto is available, and will reveal itself at checkout if you are within the designated area.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. Because all our products are handmade and unique, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
However, we do offer free repairs if your item breaks within wear. We can schedule local pick-up/drop-off and otherwise we require that you pay for shipping to and from us. If you would like to schedule a repair, feel free to contact us at estelle.zoka@gmail.com.
